This is a pretty reasonable outcome for a company that's still viable, as ADXS is. Certainly it removes some of the uncertainty, and it does help to explain the blackout period, so I'm not unhappy with this news.
All that talk on this board about a buyout. People were talking as if it were a sure thing. But once again it was just wild speculation that turned out to be wrong. That's why I've learned to be cautious when people speculate here. Now consider this, what if we hadn't authorized new shares? Would there have been a new CEO or would we really have had a buyout? ADXS had to wait until new shares were authorize before they chose a new CEO.
