HMMM, company is maxed out on share issuance and still has pfd holders able to convert to common, debt holders ? SO, new company comes in and gets what...how do they get any shares issued to their investors or management?
SO either they r/s or would have to increased authorized...its just my opinion that if I were new management and brought in new company products etc and new investors then I would want to own shares of the company and clean out all the old liabilities, shareholders.
Again, all takes time so plenty of flipping, just don't be last to hold I guess.
