This is really a good solution for a big problem we have got in the past and I see it as a big step forwards for the company!

But the other big problem has not a solution and that are the too many shares in the running. People don't trust it, for me it is clear why they don't trust it. I can understand there was need for to expand the business, but if we have to wait another year with so many shares in the running, the price of the shares cannot go higher this year, and every shareholder knows this verywell. The company can fool people most of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time! WE DO HAVE NO EARNINGS PRO SHARE HERE AND THAT CANNOT GO ON FOR YEARS!
