The float is locked. They are going current and listing to otcq. Merger and news hasn't even come out yet. This is going to run to .05 before news hits then likely .10.

Ive been in many of these management transfers. So often, there's a lag in time. The pr in late March was quite informative and the 8k was too in order to put together DD.
This ticker is a value play in technicals until we get the next public development. There are rumors but I don't presume to know anything until its clear. Either way, its been one of the best trading experiences in otc, wow, very excited for next week!
