You read that incorrectly. The author is still long on HMNy regardless of a merger or ipo. It didn’t state that HMNy would be diluted, just the opposite. It said there would be no more offerings according to Ted. The dilution would be on moviepass’s side to dilute the percentage of hmny’s ownership in their shares. Moviepass has private shares that they can’t currently dilute.
