NO...as any form of valuation analysis would instruct, Elite has no debt that would impair its operation and, assuredly, has assets that exceed liabilities greater than the 1.0 average. But I said that before. And, by the way, I believe there is no "going concern" language - is there?

As for the issues about Elite, we can put the noise about a BK, the Frankfurt Exchange BS, the ungrounded references to an immediate RS, and the absence of a poison pill and, thus, no valuation, in the dust bin. They are not grounded in reality. As, real Elite investors know.
