Filings shows Wayne has not received any cash compensation for UNGS Greater Cannabis Co. Only Stock in lieu of pay. That leads me to believe he believes in the company and thinks the shares will be much more valuable than a cash salary:

Our executive officer(s) have not received any cash compensation since the date of our formation. We did issue 2,000,000 shares of common stock to our sole officer during the first quarter of 2017 for services rendered on behalf of the Company.
