I would be upset after any merger of any sort if I lost shares. While i dont like the fact that he raised the OS a couple monthes back. He did dilute share price. Than after merger i come out with less shares... In my simple head he basically did a rs while saying he didnt. I didnt gain any extra shares after that huge increase. Just my 2 cents.

Organic growth is what im looking for. Contracts, private, public and government contracts.
Not to lose share after a merger. Get a decent pop in price and flippers drive it down again...
