I thought the new symbol is FQFC... now I see FQFE???

Southwestern Water Exploration Co. (SWWE) name and symbol changed to Fuquan Financial Company (FQFC) effective April 23, 2018.

Yeah, I like it that they got the majority by buying the common shares from the old owner, makes the risk for a RS almost zero. In a lot of cases you see new owners getting prefered shares, do a massive RS and then convert the prefered into commons.
This is much better, wish all RM's would do it this way.
