Anything's possible Fbg, I agree.

So, I agree with you that its certainly possible that a buyout may be coming. My point is, if that's true, those 5 execs IMO must still be working at Advaxis. I'd just ask you to think about that. If you find evidence that those 5 execs ARE still at Advaxis, I think that piece of news would bolster the arguments of those that think a buyout is coming, because no way IMO would ADXS let them go in the weeks before a buyout.

On cash and AXAL - The company is getting ready to start the Phase 3 combo trial with BMY, which right now is not partnered. At the exact same time, they're looking for a commercialization partner for AXAL in the EU. It would seem to me a win-win deal would be able to be structured so Advaxis gets that Phase 3 combo funded, and secures a commercialization partner at the same time as part of a packaged deal for that franchise. While the packaged deal may not solve all the long-term financial issues, even $25M-$50M upfront, along with an announcement that the Phase 3 combo with BMY is fully funded, would do wonders to the pps.

We'll see.

I could see the BODs, if they are very confident in EMA approval doing something smaller to raise cash and then selling out just before or after the decision. However, this would not explain the odd occurrences recently. It could come down to whether they are getting the price that they want now, or whether they decide to hold out. Assuming that they are negotiating a buyout or major stake now. The thing is, they know a lot more than we do regarding the likelihood of approval, what the offers are (if any), etc.
