The 3 Clinics in Florida are affiliates. It has never been disclosed what the income was created from them. I think most investors really did not consider it. So the income primarily was from the two Corporate Clinics in Ohio. I feel that most of it came from the Sandusky Clinic so the revenue we see on the annual report, in my opinion, is almost all from one Corporate Clinic.

"It has always been the case that the Corporate owned facilities are more profitable than the affiliate locations," states CEO Robert Weber. "That said, the affiliate locations were a necessity in bootstrapping multiple locations and now that we have reached a sort of critical mass in both Ohio and Florida, the company is pleased to announce that we are now in the process of acquiring or replacing all of our existing affiliate locations to improve quality of patient services and overall profitability."

As you can see from the locations page there are two Jacksonville locations. One affiliate open, and a Corporate Clinic coming in Jacksonville, Florida. So going by his statement above it appears as if the Jacksonville affiliate will be replaced by a Corporate Clinic. That leaves from his statement Orange Park, Florida and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida affiliates as possible buyout candidates.

I have been here since pretty much the beginning of NWAV. They came out like gang busters and accomplished quite a bit in a short amount of time. The locations were acquired almost immediately. I think they were stifled a bit by Government interference. Now for the last 6 months they have sat back giving some tidbits. Having witnessed accomplishment quickly I know first hand that they can move rapidly. It makes me wonder what has been going on behind the scenes.

Director of Operations, Arthur Hall and VP of Operations, Chris Will have scouted the state of Michigan and look to create near-term opportunity for PAO group with multiple locations there. As well, the company is working with an attorney that represents a Physicians Group in the state of Pennsylvania with plans to replicate the corporate location models set forth in Ohio and Florida. We are also in discussions with a physician in Arkansas to establish a corporate location there, adds Weber.

I'm buzzing to get more details of the two new locations. Aggressive expansion is good.
