That's just it. If a buyout was coming he wouldn't say anything about a new ceo/cmo in mid year. No reason too. He would keep his mouth shut...
Company hasn't talked buyout...only franchising. If they don't get some kind of deal soon, then we will see dilution again in June/July, then new ceo will hopefully come on and talk about working on deals, ema, etc. in the months to come. Unfortunately that is less of a stretch then some of the other things floating around.
I pray I'm wrong and some of you folks are right. I really need the sp to go up now....
