We were informed on 3/7/2017 that, as of that date, the strike price was 6.40 for 1.45 shares. End of update from Brian Tuttle
So 6.40$:1.45(shares)=4.41$ per Share. So knowing that there are 75M shares from which 17.5% are issued to be given to the ANV Shareholders makes
75.000.000Sharesx17.5%/100=13.125.000 Shares under the Custodians to be shifted to the Formally known Old Shareholders. So if we calculate the Warrant Marketed price of around 0.50$ we will have
4.41$+0.50$=4.91$ per share of the Actuall Hycroft Minning. And if we a go little further we can assume that the Market gives a Price of the Company at around
75.000.000x4.91$=368.25M$ worth of the Market Value.
So with this we can assume that the Commpany is far fetched from the already known from us and Previously Oficially acepted 1.4B$.
So to have a Billion dollar company we should see a price around
1B$:75M=13.3$-4.41$=8.89$ and thats really far away from where we are right now.
