So Bluediamonds, I'm doing a little DD this weekend and I'm just wondering if you might have an answer for me. Do Bashers get like ten minute breaks every two hours? I swear I have noticed a pattern of ten minutes at a time when the bashing seems to slow down. Sort of random though, as if maybe they have trouble telling time. I'm thinking that if I could figure out the pattern I might be able to use it for buy/sell signals.

Alright everyone listen carefully. You are at the very gates now. I just finished talking with Sabra Dabbs and she said she checked everything and she realizes all your concerns and even welcomes anyones calls, but I am saying don't everyone call because she can't keep up with the calls. They have a lot to do. Let them do it. She said and I quote: "There is no need to worry we will be compliant." She also said and I am probably not quoting this directly, "Watch out Wall Street, we will rock Wall Street and the world". It was actually a nice long conversation and in closing she said "have a good weekend and we will have a very good Monday". She did say that they checked everything out and they know everyones concerns here but they "will be compliant" and I have to say I believe her. She was very positive, sincerem, and very happy to speak to me and she thanks every one of you for being supportive of the company and every shareholder will be very happy. So I say, sit back and relax and get ready for the gates of victory.

The following I posted yesterday and I mean it more than ever.

While we are waiting I want to remind you all that we have come through a long and tough battle but don't lose sight of the big picture here. Remember that with this company's plans your lives could change in such a way as you may have only dreamed of. This is your one big chance to really choose your own destiny. I know you have all been on an emotional rollercoaster ride. Stop fighting amongst yourselves and if the bashers step in do like you did before, ignore them. I probaly should post this one more time. I have absolutely no reason to feel that an Officer in the company would lie. Sabra stated to me, without question; that the 10K would be out Monday. She didn't say by Monday, she said on Monday. I believe that she would know. I think it is important to trust the word of a company officer if we are going to hold that stock. If anyone doubts her, simply give her a call. I gave her number out a few pages ago. She will impress any of you that she talks to. She even asked for permission from the company lawyer to tell me when on Monday. They said it would be illegal to give out that information.It appears to me that they have a specific plan that they are going to follow to a tee. I think its going to be Bamm, bamm, bamm. She said that we would all be extremely happy on Monday. I know that most of us are here for the run. I only wish some would stop the worrying. I know its only normal to worry when our money is invested, but hold on and trust these company officers. They seem very good. I think evryone should have a great weekend in anticipation of a great day on Monday.

O.K. Folks Just got a call back from Sabre Dabbs.

WOW. She is energetic. I told her our concerns about the timeline and she said she is fully aware of everything that is being posted on all the boards. They have received several calls to put it mildly.

She repeated several times that they will be compliant!

She said she checked out Allstocks last night for the first time.

She also stated that they are returning phone calls to everyone that has called them.

When I said have a great weekend and thank you for your hard work and time she said You have a great weekend too and Mon will be Awesome!!!

Another thing she said was don't listen to any ****s etc.

I also asked her about the reset and if we could expect it after the release of the 10k. She said she couldn't tell me that but its all covered in the 10k.

I literally tried to get off the phone with her twice and she kept talking.

Also told her I had reviewed the GSCCCA.org site too.

Shareholders listen quit looking for the black cat in a dark room. That is a Russian saying meaning don't look for something that isn't there. Ben said it will be on time and we will not have an E. You don't realize it but you are all worrying yourselves and you are playing right into the hands of the shorts who want you to feel fear. They are also reading all these stock forums and they will use your fears and try to scare the market down with you in it. You are on the verge of the best thing in your life. Make what you post here sound like you believe it.

Remember what Rufus said? You can't use "penny stock mentality" here with this company. I believe Rufus will come through on time and I am not saying it will, but it could even be tomorrow after close, who knows, but come through he will. Just talked with Mitchell who is in charge of the share holders list. Since my name did not appear on the list, he told me to request my certs. He stated that in the last 4 hours he had talk to about 300 people who were not on the list, and most of them had ameritrade for thier broker. He also stated that if Ameritrade could not produce my certs that it was thier problem not mine and to not worry that they will be forced to cover.

I called CSHD and told the Secratery I need to speak to someone regarding a supposed interview with RPH.

She directed me to him and I got the mail box.

I recalled right away and told her I need to actaully speak to someone regarding this.

She transfered me to Sabra, she answered right away, she had to put me on hold twice (phones in background were going CRAZY). She appologized for the hold and told her about the "interview".

Everything will be on time. Call yourselves if you need to hear it first hand.

in order for this company to actually own these bonds someone has to buy them. do you think for just one second that someone who owns some of these bonds are just going to say,,, "ok!, i just don't own them anymore" ?????

On March 15, 2006, the Company acquired full ownership of Global Bonds issued through the Republic of Venezuela with an issuance date of July 31, 1998 and a maturity date of August 15, 2018. The principal amount of the bonds is $500,000,000 USD with a fixed interest rate of 13.625%, computed on a semi-annual basis. The applicable identification codes are as follows: Common Code - 008975540; CUSIP - 922646AT1; & ISIN Code - US922646AT10. The first interest payment is due on August 8, 2006, in which interest receivable and revenue have been properly accrued, to the holders of the bonds (the Company).

The applicable Declaration Statement (ownership documentation) specifies the transfer of full ownership to the Company from Banco Central De Venezuela, the issuer of the bonds, and insures that the bonds are free and clear of any deductions, charges or fees assessed by the Government of Venezuela. The Certificate of Ownership also identifies the Company as the sole owner, with an effective date of ownership as of March 15, 2006. The ownership documentation has been properly recorded with the State of Georgia securing and perfecting the bonds.

The Fitch Bonds Ratings as of May 2006 gives the bonds a BB- rating. The bonds have been registered with the National Securities Commission in Caracas, Venezuela, as well as loaded and registered in the Euroclear Band Securities database, accessible electronically with proper identification codes.

The company entered into a Global Trust Funding Agreement (the agreement), #252455770-03142006, executed on March 17, 2006 as a result of the acquisition of the bonds. The agreement includes a required payment of administrative fees of $400,000 which as of June 30, 2006 had not been paid and therefore, has been recorded as a liability on the balance sheet.

Setup of Company

The Company's plan of operations for the remainder of 2006 is to raise capital against its asset base and develop its’ role in the niche market for securities offerings using asset based funding techniques. This entails the development of the CSHD business model. CSHD intends to list its stock on the NASD. To this end, CSHD is in discussion with various market makers to engage in a firm underwriting using a syndicated market distribution approach. Moreover, CSHD intends to set up a captive insurance operation through its’ insurance liaison with Lloyds affiliations, who are members of the CSHD team. CSHD intends to write policies to cover its loans, when applicable and secure the proper re-insurance for underwritten loans through the London reinsurance markets and other applicable markets. CSHD has made arrangements to secure primary insurance against loan loss through the London insurance market and others and has several reinsures available for the underwriting of such insurance through its captive. CSHD is setting up to operate an ABS management company in manage its portfolio. CSHD intends to operate its business and apply for a company rating from Fitch rating service. As CSHD’s public target will have been a corporate entity for more than five (5) years with more than 3 years of operating history, it will qualify for submission to Fitch Rating Service for a company rating. Such a rating will be beneficial in Europe and the US.
