That is a VERY, VERY BAD sign...as stockholders...in a "public company"...you are entitled to all the info....remember...you are one of the owners.....

So, if they deliberately will not tell you.....they are hiding something and it's not good.....

From that "cover-up", I would conclude the O/s is diluted by issuing stock far beyond what anyone on this board thinks....not to mention shorted ....

and, in terms of the financials, if Karney wants to get to the AMEX....the value of the company must be over $1 per share....(AMEX rules)....so expect a big, big R/s....maybe, 1000 to 1....minimum. I'll bet we never see the AMEX....NASDAQ maybe ??!!
