Being a CEO is also selling the brand.

We need sales, true. However i know many shareholders that love to buy a part of whatever they're investing in, because they know its a feedback loop. For example, most people here probably own the socks, or more; i do myself.

In other words: shareholders are customers. No PR for the launch on Amazon? The more he PRs about his product the more the word gets out. Unless he wants to pay for advertising? Word of mouth is the best advertising and its the cheapest.

PRs cost less than TV ads.. Its selling the brand. If he releases a PR at launch, its perfect.

I'm not asking him to do what most pinky CEOs do, and announce products before launch, and then the products are delayed or never come.
