FBG - I Definitely Agree Something is going on Behind

the Scenes. Way too many things point towards that especially not naming a permanent CEO for 10 months! What concerns/baffles me is why the PPS is not creeping up? Why is depressed and going down. So frustrating!

So we are down to $6/share as an acceptable BUYOUT number now, FBG? Wow. The harsh reality sinks in after another week of having the SP drubbed down. Lombardo has been a HUGE air ball for a miss. We are down almost 80% since the CIRCUS CLOWN took over. This supposed "M & A Jock" couldn't cut a deal if his life depended on it. We are totally screwed. Well, $6/share gets me within $100K of Break Even. I'd rather take that than lose it all. WORST INVESTMENT EVER!!!

Yes of course selling the company for $300M would be better for shareholders than another dilution. And if we shareholders hadn't voted to authorize more shares then that option of dilution wouldn't even be there. That's one reason I'm skeptical about the idea that buyout talks are even taking place. Yeah, management silence is odd, but that doesn't necessarily mean that buyout talks are taking place. Could be, but that's all speculation. But what's NOT speculation is the fact that the company wanted more shares authorized so that they would have more control and be able to remain in business longer. And if they feel they need to issue those shares, they will. They've already proven that. We're back in the same position we were in February, a falling PPS and the possibility of ADXS issuing more shares. That's why I sold all my shares a few days ago, again. I really had hoped we had reached a bottom and good news was coming soon. But geez, this thing just won't stop falling, and I hate to keep riding it down.
