There’s no reason to compare MJVP to any other stock, it’s simply a stock that Sullivan scammed for over $365k with his “offering” then filed a Form 15, went dark, and disappeared. No one knows what became of the cash, the assets, the stock, etc. - the guy is a crook and Pojunis made a deal with him. Goodness, who would want to buy a entity that’s tainted?

FYI as I’ve stated numerous times, the terms of that deal are unknown. Still.
