Since you guys are lovers of facts, there were more YES votes than NO votes on all 5 votes done for reverse splits. The last 2 votes had a contingent that was not little retail so modified for that fact, little retail obviously voted down this time. Offering holders I think 100 percent for reverse split, and nobody knows exactly how the benefit works, all claims without knowledge
