Regarding $CELZ conversions,
BMIC was never active today.

CDEL cleaned house early and posted a cross at 10:44 and finished up Note 1 of concern.

NITE took the place of BMIC late and sold over 8 mil to take care of Note 2 of concern but only posted 4,587,008 via a t-trade so we should see the remainder reported first thing Monday morning PM or early Monday morning after open.

$CELZ traded clean after the 4.5 cross posted. Accumulation went straight north through the latter part of the day so definitely bullish for next week.

8k should occur by no later than Thursday next week reporting satisfaction of the aforementioned notes.
