Actually, that's why people have difficulty making money in this realm. Every stock, and I mean every stock could go up 500-1000% if it weren't for the idiotic flipping attitude that saturates penny land. After all, slapping the ask makes it go up, and whacking the bid makes it go down. The concept is so simple, it's ridiculous.
As for this stock, the merger is going to happen, therefore, the pennies you're making is laughable compared to what's coming.
