yes..that was with news of a breakthrough in the tech...but kblb was virtually unknown...there was plenty of dilution...and there was obviously still a long way to go...
this time there is no dilution, kim is getting the word out, and the news should be about contracts or commercialization and/or big name partners...the road is obviously a lot shorter now..
right now, this is just someone or people seeing a potential move and wanting to get in early..where we go depends on how much momentum develops...
or with great news, we build our own momentum..
