Providing points of view that I certainly believe are validated is not bitching, but providing a structure for other board members to expand upon be it negative or positive. I have personally benefitted from hearing both sides of the prevailing argument. Although some "bashers" may have an agenda, quite a few of them offer a compelling point/perspective. That in turn prompts me to investigate those points/perspective more thoroughly until I feel I've done my DD well enough to either reject or validate their positions for hopefully my own benefit. Negative constructive criticism is neither bashing or bitching, it's simply a tool used to stimulate tnought among other board members. Just because you amd some others on this board don't benefit from thought provoking conversation, doesn't mean others do not benefit. UBQU has problems. Those should be discussed right along with the positives UBQU has as well.
