Mxsg report. Made it back from Reno on Monday. Talk about a sh*thole town. Avoid downtown at all costs. The homeless situation is worse than San Francisco. Who’d a thunk it. The video poker went beautifully but the poker room was not my friend and the craps table play was like a Mexican standoff. So no Caborca Hilton, and no Caborca steakhouse in the near future and will have to hold off on my hopes to visit the MXSG claims. Was supposed to meet Jack on Sat afternoon, but a police action near the Circus Circus kept him from getting to the Peppermill. Apparantly some lady decided to shoot her husband/boyfriend , and when that failed, she beat him over the head with a golf club. Swat was there, snipers on the roof, the whole ball of golden yarn. Circus circus dwellers has to shelter in place, so I didn’t get to take a look at Jack’s bag of magic beans.
Back to the drawing board, back to my search for a new pet clairvoyant. I’m hearing good things about chipmunks, but am leaning towards a dog. Badgerbob senior always used to say it was good luck to have a dog howl with his back to you."
