It's possible that everyone holding will be left with nothing. Shorts and options folks could get buried too. But, if it opens somewhere, people can try to exit, shorts will love it, some options might be OK, I think some expired today. They supposedly did commodity sales, at a massive loss, and some king of Blockchain related financing. It's all sketchy. They also failed to file info, are in default on $50,000,000 plus in debt, and insiders very clearly dumped a ton of shares with very shady arrangements. IMO, the least of their worries is the failure to file. But, we shall see.
