Since you are back, I was curious about laddcap's influence on the company over the past decade.

Laddcap wanted to replace the entire board. Our boy Roger joined the board two years after an agreement was made between laddcap and delcath. Was he hand picked by laddcap?

everything seemed to go downhill from that point. The bad filter, the claims from the lawsuit.

I want to know why this man kept his seat.
