In simple terms & summary-- it's just a typical publicly listed biotech (as a development stage company that is not profitable) which runs its operations on dilutive share offerings, etc, and has periodic sell offs and rallies, and in the current instance it is still in a short term technical bear phase, which eventually will take a break and have a rally phase to the upside again like it historically always has done. Currently it is an overextended ugly bear phase in the short term yet, and the short term bottom so far is undetermined.
Others may want to add that it has good, unique potential because of its pipeline, etc, but what I said above is generally basic and true as a summary for $ALT to understand the premise of how it is and functions as a stock.
