Yep - remember them all The retired pittsburgh asset manager really liked envision - its now handed off to the mayor and he is liking the whole program - with 2 car capacity per arc - i figured wrong / the pittsburgh arcs can pay them selves off in 1 1/2 years - also suspect there is some pittsburgh money investing in this stock . Other cities need to follow the lead this year .
