#326304 RE: patientlywaiting #326292

They seem to be good sodiers and listen to orders

It must be obvious now to all to see how such pond scum were chosen to play a role in all this and any true activist shareholder trying to gain control would seek the Biomarker data out and not simply pass over the reigns to some 30 day old company

The leverage was on the new BODs side ...except now it must be obvious that they were mostly following orders and

#1 was to stop the advancement and further confirmation of the IP

#2 approve the Oncologie deal

#3 pick up some manufacturing contracts after #1 and #2 mission completed

An open and competitive bid would have brought in more pressure and risk placing the IP in the hands of some open bigger bidder .... though fiduciary Duties were exactly that, place pressure on a BP for a better deal and much bigger upfront deal

Oncologie ...Mologen....and who knows how many other ways where Fiduciary duties failed and possibly allow those profits to be gained by others and hold back the IP on various fronts
