that's on you but if history has shown, it wouldn't shock me if the sp does a slow drain to .05 as I've mentioned, .13 - .12 - .11 - .10 - .09 - .08 - .07 - .06 - .05 -> some bs reasoning for diluting the common to AS(as there is 5x the room now after the previous rs) and hopefully not a rs again

Right now, we're trading below a dime due to lack of news, plain and simple. Investors are starting to worry. If delays have happened, so what. AFAIK, nothing has happened to diminish the value of this company or its patents.
Unless we see major dilution, I don't see us falling below a nickel due to the value of those patents and the test plant.
No need to worry about them going bankrupt; with 350M untapped shares, they could carry on for another decade.
Worst case for the near term, you lose half your money. In my mind, the potential reward far outweighs the risk.
So, in the absence of news, I say BUY. These are the times when millionaires will be made. Have faith and be patient.
