The trade posted after 4pm no after hours in otc. The only explanation is a t-trade. The trade actually took place earlier in the trading day but will not show up until after hours to hide the transaction. We will open at .16 tomorrow as that was the closing price.

$DIGAF OS 42,909,650 as of 12/31/2016. OS 49,911,150 as of 1/26/3018. Float 18,364,120 as of 1/26/3018. 7,001,500 added in 13 months, I can live with that number.
