The FBI found zero evidence to prosecute despite calls from the Girl Scouts, a stolen rig, 450 k STOLEN
Yet the SEC and ICE decided the SEC would do the heavy lifting while ICE agents were hoping a "career criminal" like Blackburn would get into trouble.
How on earth would ICE agents have a clue who ron Blackburn was anyway?
And what is the definition of a career criminal?
So ron B had a string of arrests and jail time?
What were the other crimes and how much time did he serve?
I've never met or even spoken to the guy so most everything I know about him came out of the SEC complaint, where " career criminal " was used dozens of times.
Other prosecutorial actions use the term once , maybe twice for emphasis.
