After the Levy case, the DTC said we could submit a legal opinion and this could trade. But, no. The Big Dogs wanted to retain control.

Ferguson's rude and crude response really burned my butt. He summed it all up in a few words, reflecting the true colors of the establishment we'd supported all these years.

You probably know this, but some of the things Ferguson was sending out in emails was information other shareholders had uncovered. He was passing off stuff as though he discovered the info.

It was obvious he sucked at his job. Some of the comments he made showed he understood very little about securities law.
