Is it not possible that KPMG had finished the AF's right around the 23 September time date given but PWC in Dubai who needs them for the up-listing had not seen them yet and needed them too? Due to their location and Ramadan in effect this then would account for the 22nd October or end of Ramadan date gave in the web post by Petar. Who knows just thinking out loud.
