Converted $63,159 of estimated balance of $105,000 on Note 2. $41,841 remaining or 8 million shares assuming 60% discounted .0052 conversion price

Rest of remaining notes are very small & will have negligible effect on SP after tomorrow with 1-2 days being needed to complete each one if the holder elects to do so short term (not likely).

After close tomorrow (20 April 2018) the O/S will adjust to approximately 546,648,373 after completion of Note 1 and Note 2.
