I agree that transparency might help, but Oreo has no incentive to do anything. He owns no stock personally. The debt owed was not his creation (at least the 2013 debt) and he paid too much for the shell from ole Rusty.
Tangiers, the folks owed money, can't get it out of that turnip and they got all they could from the public before driving it into the ground with such a vengeance. Got shares they can't sell and can't request more to help satisfy debt until their % ownership is low enough for a new tranche.
The new clearing rules could also impact any efforts to finish debt payment.
Sadly we sit at the MM mercy. They are the only ones who can make those 5 and 6 digit trades...
