tagmonster...those lending companies are not in the business of "buy and hold". They typically flip their shares and making money on the warrants.

If they see an opportunity to get another financing, they'll certainly sell their shares to bring the price down. This forces the company to give them better terms at a lower price. (It's an extremely profitable business model.)

Look up the definition of a PIPE.

Yeah Monster, I'm appreciative of Abew, and will express that to him myself. Ain't going for the Sabby's or Maxim's management of the share price. Hell, we deserve to be here.

Sabby's making a double ass butt load of money off us on the short siding DTC exchange without any management oversight required. Maxim working with management fees and their initial OVER ALLOTMENT FUNDING Clause, ca. 2014.

These S.O.Bs are expensive.

Maybe different when we drum up some interest. But right NOW we are dead in the water. Neither Sabby, nor MAXIM are putting any effort in making markets for us at all.
