I couldn`t agree more, his behaviour is completely unacceptable as is this package of compensation. it will be addressed. who has the nerve to give themselves a raise when they have destroyoed their shareholder value. and has the nerve also to have their options vest at such a ridiculously low price when all of the deals he has made were at .20 and warrants higher. all of these thing things need to be addressed by shareholders and the board held accountable for signing off on this nonsense. this is a public company and he has a duty to his shareholders
