American Green has been around for 20 years having several name changes and I believe 2 massive reverse splits. In all this time American Green has not produced or sold one measly joint. They have no revenue from any cultivation or sales of marijuana. American Green is in the business of selling shares to naive investors, not selling pot.

Locate a license they have and I will agree they are a weed company.
