Doc was operating adxs like bp with cash flow not a baby bio with no revenue stream other than dilutive financing. Doc also paid himself like a bp ceo....outrageous the bod allowed it to happpen. The best and only portion is to sell the company to Amgen and let them develop technology. Adxs does not need any more ceos and more partnerships. Hand it off to Amgen.
