They vote in May, can occur anytime after approval by the board and submission request, they have a year to perform it. But, IMO, they will do it as quickly as possible, no reason not to for them, so, mid June or so is kind of my target. They need to maintain listing, don't really have a choice, and, from a biz standpoint have all eggs in one basket...
Their 3rd RS was 6/04, the upcoming 4th RS will happen any day between now and around May 5. No notice needed, it will just happen, no choice to maintain listing...
