He did say he'll PR publicly, had an experience where apparently he told someone something about moving forward with plans he's working on, confirmed he wants to remove STOP and update fin's as reason to hire the CPA firm (8K), then person posted it on this site claiming to be official company email -- so he's skittish but told me the things in that email were true, but he'll add and expand in his own time. Yes patience is hard here, he's wearing out ppl's patience -- so don't be surprised or take it personally but I KNOW he's reading the emails and believe numbers count when urging him to act ASAP --
since character counts, i believe his public persona is decent and he comes from a distinguished family of composers/artists, doesn't want to sully his name and once you're known on SM it can cut both ways:
however money sitting is frustrating, you gotta do what u gotta do.
Wish we could "make him" move faster but urging him on is about all.
