I don’t know if they can or will do it when fake PR’s are not coming from the company. They aren’t SEC reporting so they cannot suspend them for being delinquent and not sure if they can suspend for fraudulent statement since they aren’t coming from the company.
I’ll look at some past tickers that were suspended and see if I see any that have recently been suspended for this. I am leaning towards doubtful on a suspension but I would take caution holding overnight.
If I thought there was a chance this was legit I would be watching NVSOS everyday to see if they become active again and then jump in. Just really risky staying in IMO. The people behind this still have shares to dump and who knows when they will do it. It won’t be pretty when it happens.
