You really think so? I´ve posted lots of BS here full of hope during the last months - stupid me! They brought all horrible news into one PR. For reason imo. It´s done! They had a chance to perhaps put this into a time frame of two weeks or similar. But they sent lots of hopeful updates and hints to sell as many shares as possible. And didn´t file chapter 11 to sell more shares right now. They had a clear plan to cheat all of us! I´ve seen several bios, this here is one of the worst. Planned fraud!
So better don´t tell people this is going to see a buyout after changing to OTC. If buyout would´ve been the plan they could do it in several other, much more reasonable ways. All I know is I need to take the huge loss as a man (still standing!!!). NEVER hold through a RS, even worse to hold shares changing to OTC.
