SNMN - The SEC should establish the "Troy Loman Rule".....No amendments to the Reg A filing once filed.
This is not fair to stockholders who have bought shares based on the original Reg A filing. The amendment is now being amended. What a joke.
I wonder if Troy knows who is selling (dumping) this time around.
