This is so cute. A filing of NT10K means nothing in pinky land. I have been in xx number of pinks that filed NT filings (10Q/10K) and never came through. Especially the 10Ks

Because 10K is audited, and an audit exposes any fraudulent activity.

So what's your opinion then - Angelo is will not close those LOI? Lol
