You are damn right and with DA, who has 33 patents of his own,on board with us now lending credence and helping in tweaking it a bit,it should sail through next time if they havn't moved on to bigger and better things.
Those still dwelling in chapter one of $BVTK'S evolution are in for a massive surprise,the way I see it

I have some really bad new about the patent process - each time upon examination - all claims have been rejected. The chances for the patent application to be granted are almost non-existent.

It is now antiquated technology and worthless.
