likwit - we know all that already ; so why all the dumping today after a stellar PR ? The only thing that I can figure is that part of the added 30M RS that were used as a "cash payment" for lawyers fees or money associated with the land deal are being exercised already. We don't know who these shares were allotted for, because FGFC says that they can't expose their clients until the deal is complete . Maybe this company wanted their funds right away and did not care about the possible increase in PPS ? After all - this is a pinky at .01 ! Who knows ? This company loves to say what their gonna do, but very hesitant on releasing any results ! I know, I know - After they report financials/OTCBB/BuyBack/... etc...yada yada yada... If I'm correct in my theory, Monday they should announce the particulars of the entire deal- NAMES/COMPANIES/CO-LENDERS ! If not , bye bye ! BOTTOM LINE !! Dragging your feet will only make you sink in quick-sand faster --
