If I read their reporting history correctly, it looks like they asked for an extension last year for their annual and then filed a couple days later.

I think there is too much support at .10 for a 50% haircut from .13-.14.

A decent amount of traders have profited from this ticker on its many pops, and there is money on the sidelines to enter any run or load any dip. People are quite aware that .10 is the free money loading zone, all that one has to do is be patient
