You're joking, right? Yes that's the "Visible" short volume (Not short "interest") for today. Yesterday was 35.67%. Percentage would be higher if the naked shorts were accounted-for. They have nothing to fear because they didn't have to cover or report because they're shorting shares that don't exist.
